Grass Fed & Grass Finished

Our burgerz come from pasture-raised Grass finished 100% full-blood wagyu beef. Every burger is smothered in a roasted garlic beef fat fondue that creates layers of rich aromatic flavors. Next, our buns are drizzled with beef fat and toasted to golden perfection on our flat-top grill. All of our burgerz are made with smash style, creating a flavorful caramelized crust.
